Shelly has worked for Sanilac MSU Extension since December 1999.  Shelly's Extension responsibilities include all financial reporting for the Sanilac FCS programs, county budget and grants.  She is responsible for support, data collection and reporting for all parenting and nutrition grants received by Sanilac MSUE.

Shelly serves as secretary and Board member for the Sanilac County Child Abuse Prevention Council and sits on the fund raising committee. Additionally, she is an active participant in fund raising activities with the Sanilac Area Violence Elimination Council. 

Shelly and her husband Craig reside in Sandusky along with their daughter Katie.  Craig has been a Sanilac Farm Bureau Insurance Agent since 2001, and Katie is active in the Little Rascals 4-H club with her horse No No Nellie.
